Easy Money

I bet my dad $20 that the Canada Line costs $2-billion. He thinks it costs $20-billion and says he has a newspaper to prove it. I laughed pretty hard! He refuses to believe that he is wrong. I thought it was going to be easy money, but it looks like I have to convince him that his figure is ridonculous.
