Customer Service

I think most Korean restaurants are understaffed and terribly managed. My parents and I went to Kyung Bok Palace. We told 3 servers we were ready to order. Then, they asked us to move tables since we weren't using the BBQ. At the new table, we asked twice for cutlery and tea. It took 45 minutes to get food. Why are Korean restaurants the only places to have a "call server" button? This place didn't have one.
