Vancouver Rain

I'm On A Bus - Ep. 12 - An Aussie family hops on the bus soaking wet. The father and mother are wearing shorts, t-shirts, and sandals. Their baby in the stroller was a bit wet because they have no rain guard so the mother uses the umbrella. I ask the father if they are Australian. He says, "Yes and I can't believe the weather changes when September starts." I say, "Yep, indeed it does."
