Coldplay

Last night, I saw Coldplay live in concert for the first time at GM Place and it was AWESOME!! They totally rocked the "Garage." I got sprayed by beer, had fun hitting yellow balloons during the song "Yellow," took a good whiff of BC's other famous flower, and never seen so many hot girls in one place. Oh, and the song "Fix You" was just epic. It really was a magical concert and definitely the best one I've been to. Look forward to seeing them again sometime.

The shots below were taken by some fans at the Coldplay concert last night. You can see me in my blue shirt on the third pic below (Click on it to see a larger shot). I had an amazing view. I also didn't realize my buddy from Saskatoon was close by and had the chance to hook up with him, his friends, and Stef tonight for a delicious all-you-can-eat Japanese meal at Tanpopo.

A Great Day in Football

The Seattle Seahawks are going to Super Bowl XL for the first time! Props to Shaun Alexander, Matt Hasselbeck, and the Seahawks defense. What a fantastic NFC title game against the Carolina Panthers. I believe the Seahawks will earn their Super Bowl rings in D-Town. I just know it.

Peace.

Buddies

I saw this on msn today. I thought it was pretty funny. Zookeepers at a Tokyo zoo presented the hamster, Gohan, to a rat snake, Aochan, as a tasty live meal because the snake had stopped eating frozen mice. Instead of gobbling up Gohan (which means "meal" in Japanese), Aochan didn't eat the hamster, but made a new friend. They've been living in a cage together ever since. Gohan sometimes even climbs onto the snake to take a nap on his back.

Seattle Seahawks Advance!

My Seahawks won against the Washington Redskins today 20-10. My buddies from church and I met up at The Keg on Granville Island for a fine meal and an exciting game. I was worried when the hawks made quite a few turnovers and Shaun Alexander went down early in the game with a concussion. But the team persevered and Matt Hasselbeck did a fine job landing great passes and producing a touchdown himself. Darell Jackson was awesome catching nine passes for 143 yards and a touchdown. I'm sure Alexander will return when they play either Chicago or Carolina for the NFC title. It's gonna be good.

Go Seahawks!!

Peace.
